My approach is humanistic and existential, grounded in gestalt, and draws upon the best advances in the entire field of psychotherapy. It is effective for depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, grief and relationships. I get to be a traveler into people’s rich and unique inner-worlds and help them make-sense of their personal story.
